Do Nothing Till You Hear from Me - The Mute Gods

The Mute Gods - Do Nothing Till You Hear from Me
I'm slipping under the radar
There's a black suit at my door
I'm heading for the freeway
So keep the news on frequency four
We're living under illusion
They're cleaning up the streets
The truth is a fugitive
They've got it sown up neat
I'm gonna spill these revelations
This night birds' got a song
When you read these conversations
You can thank me when I'm done
And they'll feed you anything they want
Don't listen to their lies
And they'll tell you it's just a false alarm
While the sirens split the skies
So stay right here
Don't fret my dear
Do nothing till you hear from me
Do nothing till you hear from me
Strictly unofficial
They keep us under file
Potentially judicial
I know their style
They hide behind a human shield
The enemy within
The parallel dark corridors
Of a machine that's built to win
Contingency for crowd control
Under rule of marshal law
You can take it with a pinch of salt
Till the back suit's at your door
And they'll feed you anything they want
Don't listen to their lies
And they'll tell you it's just a false alarm
But the signs are in the skies
So stay right here keep the line clear
Do nothing till you hear from me
Do nothing till I
Infiltrate security
And close their system down
Maybe then the world will see
These roaches under ground
So stay right here
Keep the line clear
Do nothing till you hear from me
Do nothing till you hear from me
Say nothing till you hear from me
Do nothing till you hear from me
Do nothing till you hear from me
Do nothing till you hear from me
Do nothing till you hear from me
Do nothing till you hear
