I don’t imagine Jean Genet ever wrote the screenplay for a snuff film but I think he
would have done good work in the genre given the chance. This is the story of a
fledgling actor desperate to get some roles. He auditions for the lead in a snuff film not
knowing what would be expected of him. He manages to escape death but is
completely traumatized by the experience.
