Emotion Dump - Pogo

When I look at emotional reaction
I look at them as much that
Those emotional fields of energy
Are pushing the mind to think：
Angry thoughts
Angry stories
Frustrated stories
Jealousy scenarios
As much as our anger
Frustration
Jealousy stories
Are creating those emotions
It's this field of energy that we carry around
We can perceive the emotional quality in that field
Usually we carry it around for years
And years
And years
Of our lives
That it's a completely normal sensation
And it cycles in fluctuations
We think they are our normal cycles of fluctuations
So we don't perceive it as something separate from us
When that field is agitated with anger
Or jealousy
We say I'm jealous
I'm angry
And we don't notice that
That field is energy
We're thinking as that it's us
