Scarred - Shonlock

Scarred I never wanted to break your heart
I only wanted to be your star
So hard scarred
Sincerely I love you dearly hope you know it
Afraid to ask for one more chance cause I'm scared I'm a blow it
My words mean nothing to her cause she know that I'm a poet
Standing at her door step empty bottle of moet
The pain brung the rain so I'm out here gettin' mo wet
Covered in a shame no one to blame I'm forced own it
I'm tired of this game I'm trying to find a way to through it
I stepped way out of bounds you were never my opponent
Scarred
Scarred I never wanted to break your heart
I only wanted to be your star
So hard scarred
Crossing your path is like picking a scab
The bleeding is bad I'm mad at what we coulda had
Don't need a pen and a pad to tally good and the bad
It's a land slide homie off more then a tad
I let the flesh get the best of this fresh lil lad
Sad I dropped a bomb on my Baghdad dag
Comrade might I add what it did to my dad
In hindsight I risked all that I had I'm SO SCARRED
Scarred I never wanted to break your heart
I only wanted to be your star
So hard scarred
Trying to mend the lose ends of my sins
Pricked my finger with the needle feel feeble and thin
GOD try me again with your strength I could win
Such a fool thought I had and then
Stumbling could you love me again
Is grace gone like the wall of Berlin I'm tryin
Scarlet letter to my father and friend
Before it ends let the healing begin
My GOD
Please why don't you leave me alone
Your melody's good for the song u can't admit when your wrong
Scarred I never wanted to break your heart
I only wanted to be your star
So hard scarred
