been a long day staying at home hearing your voice on the radio i can see you in the shadows read your words on the windows ill be pacing till the nights end when i dont know where you ve been for the last time its a white lie taking up space on the phone lines let go unfold get up get up get up its just a bad dream wipe off the dirt we re bustin out the ceiling there s nothing to stop the light is too blinding play dead enough you might end up dying just a public tragedy thats what we re living in we re all the public enemy thats how im feeling it im just a living entity so just get over it get up get up get up its just a bad dream spent the whole day on a long drive reading your name on the street signs i can see you in the rearview on the airwaves i can hear you and i watch you getting older all the same mistakes running over try to save you try to let go of everything we knew and were done for let go unfold
