Tic Toc - Disciples Of Christ

Tic Toc - Disciples Of Christ
I heard screams as i knocked at my friend's door
I seen his mother leaning over him while he's laying
On the floor with a bullet in his chest
The world we live in today what a big mess
This is a friend i used to witness tom
So don't laugh g because it could've been you
So you still want to be down with this life troop
It's kind of hard when you're dead for you to say
Oops i made a mistake so don't wait too late
The words are emphatic
My friends back in the hood think i'm giving them static
But i'll do anything to keep them out of a casket
And i'm out
Ticktock ticktock
Time is running out
The clock goes 'round and 'round
It's time for the lost to be found
Ticktock ticktock
Time is running out
The clock goes 'round and 'round
It's time for the lost to be found
Standing firm of the rock
I hear the sound of the clock
Absalom's the type of brother that looks at his watch
Realising brothers are dying
At the snap of a finger mothers are crying asking
Why oh why was my son a victim
I picked up my cross and bore it and then some
Many are backslidden lies are hidden
Now you're questioning god of his final decision
Strike up proverbs 22 6 grab your crucifix
Realising that the word wasn't just a trick
I sigh many nights i cry supplicating to the lord
Don't let your people die because
Ticktock ticktock
Time is running out
The clock goes 'round and 'round
It's time for the lost to be found
Ticktock ticktock
Time is running out
The clock goes 'round and 'round
It's time for the lost to be found
Come and claim into the rhyme
Message full of power and content
Revealed truth will state the rhyme is god sent
Nothing nonsense must cease for peace to reign and take over agreed
Be diligent and strive to be sober
It's over once the clock stops ticking and tocking
So crack that heart 'cause god is still knocking
Around them punk demons whose plan is still scheming
In an attempt to rob of christ you're just dreaming
Dazed and amazed at the grace in these temples
Full of power and glory
His plan was simple to save t
O teach adamic nature to behave
I see you fronting but are you still a slave
Like shanice wilson i like your smile
But is it the real deal or just a fake profile
I gotta know which god you be for
There's no time to waste so listen to the clock go
Ticktock ticktock
Time is running out
The clock goes 'round and 'round
It's time for the lost to be found
Ticktock ticktock
Time is running out
The clock goes 'round and 'round
This is a song that's going out to my brothers
Out there who's heard the voice the lord
And they still can't seem to find their way home
This is a true story going on across america
And even the world
Remember that brother could've been you
