1983, one of the last days of December
just after christmas just before new years
small town we were bored there was nothing to do
in the evening we got quite drunk and we stole a boat and went for a trip on the lake
and that was a bad idea
two of us got in a fight one went overboard and within seconds he was gone

The next morning at the first break of day, we went looking for him, but the was no clue of him, we didn't dare say anything, and with his parents gone for the holidays no one was missing him
A couple of days later winter really hit hard and the lake was covered with a thick layer of ice, and a couple of months later when spring came and the ice melted away there was still no sign of him
It was like he dissolved or had been eaten by some big fish
